OUR OFFERINGS

101: 10-20 person introductory workshop focused on engaging physically and exploring space outside of the traditional desk-chair to screen relationship.

201: 1 - 2 hour session delving deeper into physical communication and presence. Activating the body will build confidence in one’s own physical expression as well as in team collaboration.

301: Customized working sessions for small groups, individuals, team leads or Execs. We explore practical application of physical awareness in everyday space and business interactions.

ONLINE MIND AND BODY RETREAT: Do you find that your remote workforce are feeling disconnected, burnt out, and suffering from screen fatigue? Are you looking for ways for your team to connect and de-stress in enjoyable AND effective ways? This 2-hour online mind and body retreat will expand trust, connection & communication in your remote workspace. Process in real time as we teach you practices that ground you in your body both in movement and stillness. Through physical and spatial awareness exercises, Reiki, and Yoga Nidra, experience the body’s ability to metabolize feelings and ground in our ability to be present with ourselves and each other. Get out of your mind, into your body, and be held in your community.
